4 programs to help you

Program of accompaniment and support for integration (PASI)

Support in finding housing, obtaining essential documents, settling in the region, registering children for school, finding childcare, using public services, taking French courses and other important services for successful integration. Promotion of our two beautiful regions: Beauharnois-Salaberry and Haut-Saint-Laurent. Organization of intercultural activities and family outings.

Employment assistance service

Our employment counsellors accompany you in your search for a quality job that corresponds to your objective. We evaluate your needs, establish an action plan, work on implementing effective job search tools (CV, letters, e-mail, list of employers, references, etc.), review basic knowledge of the Quebec job market and approach and interview techniques. Follow-up is provided for a period of one year.

Intercultural Matching

New service allowing the establishment of an interpersonal connection between a newcomer and a member from the host community, or a newcomer family and a family from the host community.

 

The objectives are to break isolation, develop a network of mutual aid and support, promote intercultural understanding, introduce the region, and provide an opportunity to practice French.

Community Support Program (CSP)

Organization of exchange, mediation, and intercultural bonding activities. Awareness-raising and training to strengthen the intercultural skills of stakeholders, such as community organizations, local stakeholders, and the general public.

Thematic and commemorative events. Coordination of the ICI immigration ZIP committee for the Beauharnois-Salaberry and Haut-Saint-Laurent MRCs.
